About Me

I hold a Masters degree in General Psychology and a Ph.D. degree in Health Psychology earned at the Walden University. I am a member of the American Psychological Association, the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, and the Association of Psychological Therapies.

Life is full of Problems. We are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, our own and our loved ones’ illness, we grieve when our loved ones pass away. It is not easy to cope, to find the right answers. I am qualified to help you when difficult situations arise.

I enjoy writing and have recently published two books - "Faces of Grief" and "Learn How to Cope with Death, Loss, Grief, and Bereavement - Helpful Tips from the Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy". They are available as e-books and printed on Amazon and iTunes.

I am actively involved in research, present my findings at professional conferences and seminars, and continue developing myself and enhancing my skills. I welcome opportunities for cooperation with colleagues involved in my areas of research. I am equally interested in sharing my knowledge with those in need of help at particularly stressful situations in their lives. This was the main reason for creating this website. I believe that online consultation can help many people benefit from psychological help wherever they may be at the time they need it.
